Community Meet-Ups
As part of our commitment to supporting individuals in the community affected by ADHD, we are thrilled to announce our monthly peer-led community socials.
These gatherings provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals with ADHD, their families, and supporters to come together, share experiences, and build a strong sense of community.
Our dedicated team of volunteers, many of whom have personal experiences with ADHD, will be there to offer support, guidance, and encouragement.
Due to the overwhelming demand for our workshops, our monthly community meet-ups will now focus on social interaction and community building. Attendees can expect a relaxed and friendly environment where they can connect with others facing similar challenges, share stories, and enjoy meaningful conversations.
If you are interested in attending our workshops, which provide practical tips on managing ADHD symptoms, informative presentations, and interactive activities, please refer to the workshop links provided above for more details and registration.
We believe that by coming together, sharing knowledge, and fostering a supportive environment, we can empower each other to navigate the complexities of living with ADHD.
Join us at our next monthly peer-led community social and become a part of our growing network of individuals dedicated to raising awareness about ADHD and supporting each other on this journey.
Together, we can learn, grow, and thrive as a community united in our mission to uplift and empower individuals with ADHD to reach their full potential.
