As a peer-led non-profit organisation, our mission is to raise awareness about ADHD and provide support to individuals in the community affected by this condition.
Our dedicated team of volunteers, all of whom have personal experiences with ADHD, work tirelessly to offer resources, guidance, and a sense of community to those in need.
Through educational initiatives, advocacy efforts, and empowerment programs, we strive to uplift and empower individuals with ADHD to reach their full potential.

Our Aims
Supporting, Empowering and Connecting the diverse and inclusive communities of the Channel Islands impacted by ADHD.
Providing a voice for those, of any age, with ADHD while assisting them to access the resources they need to thrive by way of:
Awareness
Increase public awareness of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and its characteristics, both positive and challenging. This includes promoting awareness of the benefits of undergoing proper assessment and treatment, which can lead to improved mental health and overall well-being, regardless of age.
Education and training
Offer or facilitate access to educational resources on managing life with ADHD, as well as information on the assessment process and available support services.
Collaborate with employers to provide guidance and information on how to effectively support employees with ADHD, while also promoting reasonable adjustments in the workplace.
Provide and facilitate access to additional education for professionals, parents, caregivers, and support networks, covering various aspects of ADHD traits and lesser-known signs of the condition.
Offer practical advice on coping with ADHD and suggest adjustments that can potentially enhance quality of life.
Provide the wider community with accurate information and resources to foster better understanding of ADHD and the challenges associated with it.

Establish and maintain peer support groups where individuals with ADHD can interact in a safe environment without feeling the need to hide their traits.
Offer one-on-one peer support and guidance tailored to individual needs.
Create a referral system through which professionals and ADHD experts can direct individuals with ADHD to additional peer support when necessary.
Recognize and address the challenges and impacts experienced by individuals who receive a late diagnosis of ADHD.
Inclusion, diversity, and accessibility
Strive to ensure that individuals with ADHD feel included and acknowledge their positive contributions to a diverse community.
Consider and provide multiple mediums through which information and support can be accessed, making sure it is accessible to everyone.
Collaborate and partner with other peer or professional services to support individuals with ADHD who may have comorbid conditions.
Take into account the intersectionality of mental health, well-being, and lifelong conditions, and work towards addressing the unique challenges that arise from these intersections.
